Version 2, changing a few things to make it conform more to the challenge requirements.

Tommy "The Ghost" Russell gets his nickname for being so elusive. This shady profile shot is the only known photo of him; it was snapped by a witness as he casually smashed the governor's mailbox! Some of his other crimes are cow tipping, making crop circles in the dead of night, and loitering (until someone pulls out a camera, then he's gone in a flash!)
